We stock spare parts for all of our standard vulcanizers and rubber cutters. Our mold department can make the standard size cord molds for all the machines in either English or Metric sizes. Profiles for the various rubber configurations are quoted and can be made by milling machine or wire EDM. Submit drawings or send a sample of the rubber. Our mold department will supply you with a mold for optimum performance in vulcanizing. If we have a sample of the rubber, we have the mold before shipping.
